I am the epitome of anxious cat mom and I cannot recommend VCA Waipahu highly enough! Dr. Hester, Linda, Kaylen and the entire team, including the veterinary technicians (I wish I remembered everyone’s name!) and front office staff, have been nothing short of exceptional. What honestly wonderful people, everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, and the doctors were so kind and accommodating getting all three of my pets in last minute. Dr. Tokayama did a great job explaining her recommendations and caring for them all. My dog is very anxious at the vet and honestly this was the most “relaxed” he’s been in a while. I haven’t had such a great vet experience in a while, and am honestly so grateful for the level of care my animals received. Thank you!
Dr.Chen is amazing ! I take both my dog (Koa) and my cat (Rora) to Dr. Chen and she has been nothing shy of amazing, assuring and supportive. Rora was a stray cat we found on the street and koa was also a stray but adopted through HHC. Needless to say with koa she’s a perfectly happy healthy dog even through our eye puss troubles and Roras blood work false alarms they are both happy and healthy!
