What honestly wonderful people, everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, and the doctors were so kind and accommodating getting all three of my pets in last minute. Dr. Tokayama did a great job explaining her recommendations and caring for them all. My dog is very anxious at the vet and honestly this was the most “relaxed” he’s been in a while. I haven’t had such a great vet experience in a while, and am honestly so grateful for the level of care my animals received. Thank you!
Dr.Chen is amazing ! I take both my dog (Koa) and my cat (Rora) to Dr. Chen and she has been nothing shy of amazing, assuring and supportive. Rora was a stray cat we found on the street and koa was also a stray but adopted through HHC. Needless to say with koa she’s a perfectly happy healthy dog even through our eye puss troubles and Roras blood work false alarms they are both happy and healthy! VCA Waipahu is the best veterinarian clinic in Oahu. They have the BEST people that work here. Dr. Hester is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, ethical, and genuinely cares for your fur babies. Office manager Raina, the front desk staff, and clinical assistants are all very caring and work hard to accommodate your needs. Coming to this clinic is well worth it for me. They take excellent care of my three kiTs. Thank you for being in the area and for the wonderful services you provide for my family and the community.
Dr. Hester is wonderful! So attentive and knowledgeable. Invests herself in the care of your love ones. Would recommend this clinic to everyone and have gone to many.
VCA Waipahu vet tech staff, Dr Hester and Dr Tokoyama are excellent at calmly and safely handling my large, people averse dogs. I can always trust that they’ll get a thorough exam with minimal stress. Thank you!
