Very bad care. Please beware , they will try to charge you a lot of money without proper care and solution.
This is the worst hospital . Never take your pet here. All they are interested in is consultation fee every-time without the solution to the pet’s illness. My pet had an itching infection and I took him twice to the hospital. But, everytime they gave him steroids and sent us back. And the same thing persisted. I tried to talk with them hoping they will give some discount to my pet for the third pet visit but they declined. I don’t know what to do anymore, they are not even considerate.!!!
Their Motto: Whatever is top dollar, that's what your pet needs. They do not care about your pet. Dr. Lem license needs to be suspended.
I brought my dog to VCA Vets & Pets for 6 years. During this time, the exam fee doubled (excluding any other services, which are insanely expensive at this clinic!), it was difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner, and I felt like Dr. Lem was pushy with services that weren't necessary to make an extra buck.
