I brought my dog to VCA Vets & Pets for 6 years. During this time, the exam fee doubled (excluding any other services, which are insanely expensive at this clinic!), it was difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner, and I felt like Dr. Lem was pushy with services that weren't necessary to make an extra buck. AVOID - This place has gone down. They care more about money than the care of your pet, specifically with Dr. Lem. In addition, communication with staff [all] is horrible. If you ask the same question to 3 staff members, you will get 3 different answers. ZERO STARS
