HORRIBLE. I called at 5am and told the vet tech what was going on. They said I can go ahead and come in. I got there and was the only one there. I waited 4 hours just to be told that I had to wait another 4. The female tech in the beginning was kind and concerned. The male tech that came in after four hours pretty much told me that my dog wasnt needing to be seen, that "she seems fine" and I can just wait another 4 hours or go. What kind of place is this??? If they would have told me from the beginning when I called or arriv... read more

I have been meaning to post this for months. Drs. Fritz, Conway, and Ganjei along with all the staff at VRA are absolutely amazing! (I am horrible with names but legit, to everyone who has called me or the hubs during/after surgery or treatment, thank you! I have known Dr. Fritz the longest because one of the cat crew has feline dendritic histiocytosis, and she is quite familiar with the treatment. Dr. Justin Ganjei saved my dog's life and he did it laparoscopically! Dr. Ganjei is one is the top laparoscopic veterinary surgeons on the East Coast -- doing minimally invasive surgery is his thing and it makes all the difference in the world in the animal's recovery. You would never know that Raji had two surgeries. His recovery took only days. I had gone to another veterinary hospital and they did an ultrasound. I then went to VRA at my primary veterinarian's urging and they also did a CT scan -- and found a second tumor ... read more

I was visiting family in Maryland with my dog, Mochi, when he suddenly got very sick. He started vomiting bright red blood, and I was terrified because I didn’t know what to do. I’m so thankful I brought him to VGA. The staff greeted me with care and compassion. Mochi was admitted and seen right away. The staff also patiently explained everything to me step by step. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Sindu for saving my little precious—he was so pale when we arrived, and now he’s doing so much better. Thank you, thank you.

My dog had a mass removed from his eyelid, which was irritating his eye for some time. It was taken care of with no issue. As soon as the procedure was completed, I received a call from the operating doctor. My pet is currently undergoing a speedy recovery.
