The staff is professional and well trained. Dr.Fritz is a wonderful oncologist. She provides a summary of each treatment and is extremely responsive to emails from me and answers my questions clearly and promptly. I highly recommend VRA, Dr. Fritz and her PA staff
Thank you so much for a wonderful appointment. Check in was easy, and it was a very short wait to be seen. The doctor was extremely professional and empathetic with my sweet cat, and explained what options we had in detail and available to answer any questions, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who desires a quality staff and experience,
Dr. Crumley in the Opthalmology department is absolutely amazing! His team is amazing as well! Everyone is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable! You can tell they really are passionate about their jobs, and love what they do! I would 100% recommend!
HORRIBLE. I called at 5am and told the vet tech what was going on. They said I can go ahead and come in. I got there and was the only one there. I waited 4 hours just to be told that I had to wait another 4. The female tech in the beginning was kind and concerned. The male tech that came in after four hours pretty much told me that my dog wasnt needing to be seen, that "she seems fine" and I can just wait another 4 hours or go. What kind of place is this???
