I have brought my pets to this veterinary clinic for years, and my family has several pets that come here as well. I have always recommended this clinic and have generally been very happy with the care and the staff. That is why my experience today was especially disappointing. Daughter took both of her cats there. No problem with the one because the normal vet saw that one. Second cat goes in for a check and it’s a different vet. My daughter told them she was concerned that a stray she had adopted was pregnant. Vet said the cat needed to poop. She pooped all right four days later. A singleton kitten that died the next day. Wish I could give less than a half of a star. This place charged me $630.00 for labs on my sick pup, never found anything different or more than I already knew. Sent me home with a pee cup to collect her urine. This was over 2 weeks ago, and I to date, havent even gotten a call, text, or email from anyone here checking on her or asking if I needed help collecting her urine, or to even ask where it was so they could test it as I paid for that service too. They dont care about you or your pets. This place is an expensive joke.
