This clinic is one of the most caring of all the vets I have visited. Yesterday, upon leaving, my cat escaped my grasp. It was my fault that she wasn't secure in a carrier, but wrapped up in a towel (securely, I thought!). The whole staff were combing the property and businesses adjacent to the clinic by shared parking lots. I was beside myself and fearing the worst. Today I went to VCA Tomball for the first time with a little sick kitten I was fostering. Dr. Gresham and all the staff were so kind, compassionate, and accommodating. The office was very clean and sanitary. They rushed my kitten in and saw him immediately because he was so sick. I will definitely be going there again after the amazing customer service/care I received today. Thank you!
The cost to board is ridiculous. The prices are too much and never did get a callback regarding my troubles. I love Dr Gresham, he's helped my dog a lot but the cost for their services are outrageous and not fully explained. I will never board my babies again and I will warn others not to as well
