The staff was fine but I thought it was very inappropriate how the doctor made me feel hustled! I brought my dog in to ask about her red eye. The doctor did an eye exam and did not inform me of the additional charge until he was finishing up the process. It was also in the form of a statement and not a question. I am the sole provider of three with a menial job that doesn't pay much so I was very frustrated with this extra $100 charge that was basically hustled out of me.
