I had a potential emergency with my cat today. Thankfully, all is well with him, however, I called around to several vets trying to see if I could get him in. And while VCA St. Mary's couldn't, I really appreciate that whoever answered the phone took the time to check with the techs on if they could squeeze me in. Out of all the vets I called, they were the only one that heard me out and didn't say "no" right off the bat. I truly appreciate it.
My cat, Lucky suddenly got very sick. His regular vet was unable to get him in immediately so I called VCA. They were able to see him right away and got him feeling better fast. And to top it off, they have texted several times to ask how Lucky is doing. It means a lot to me that they took the time to follow up.
This place is amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable about dogs at every age, and transparent regarding pricing, so no surprises. Dr. Bott and Tech Payton took their time during our appointment and we didn't feel like just a number. It was an excellent experience for our dogs and for us. Thank you, too to the wonderful check-in/check-out desk personnel. We will be back! A+
I just adopted two senior cats and VCA was highly recommended. Both of my elderly fur babies were seen and I am so happy with the thorough and gentle care they received! I was surprised at how comfortable my seniors were. We even received a very nice new patient "swag bag"! Employees are helpful and friendly and the vets provide the best cost effective options for your pet's optimum care. Definately recommend VCA!
My family is so grateful for the kind and compassionate staff at VCA Lexington Park who helped make one of our worst days just a little bit easier.
