Words cannot explain how thankful i am for this place. Our 13yr old siberian husky had to be put down for old age after he SEVERLY declined in a matter of 3 days. We called this vet office DISTRAUGHT after our dog wasn’t able to walk on his own and crying in pain. They were booked but after hearing how upset we were about our dog suffering and in pain, they fit us in same day within the next hour. The best animal hospital in the area. Our dogs were comfortable. The Doctor and staff is amazing, very kind and thorough. Office was clean and organized. I highly recommend.
I had a potential emergency with my cat today. Thankfully, all is well with him, however, I called around to several vets trying to see if I could get him in. And while VCA St. Mary's couldn't, I really appreciate that whoever answered the phone took the time to check with the techs on if they could squeeze me in. Out of all the vets I called, they were the only one that heard me out and didn't say "no" right off the bat. I truly appreciate it.
My cat, Lucky suddenly got very sick. His regular vet was unable to get him in immediately so I called VCA. They were able to see him right away and got him feeling better fast. And to top it off, they have texted several times to ask how Lucky is doing. It means a lot to me that they took the time to follow up.
This place is amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable about dogs at every age, and transparent regarding pricing, so no surprises. Dr. Bott and Tech Payton took their time during our appointment and we didn't feel like just a number. It was an excellent experience for our dogs and for us. Thank you, too to the wonderful check-in/check-out desk personnel. We will be back! A+
