I meant to make this review the same day I took my baby in. They were amazing with us and accommodated my situation to be able to help me meet my cats needs. I can't not put into words how much you appreciate the vet and the lady the scheduled us to be seen that day. We appreciate you For the ladies that didn't get to actually see Harry - I'm sharing pictures of him on this review.
On this past Tuesday I had the unfortunate need of a vet appt on short notice, I was able to book their first appt online before opening up. Carrying my dog in to the their facility right away there was genuine concern for myself and my dog. Before our appointment I was unsure if I would be coming home with our dog or not, even though all VCA did was to get an IV bag of fluids in him and helped us to decide that we needed ER Vet services, it was beyond amazing the care and concern they showed, I was asked by 3 separate peopl... read more
Service is great. Not surprised some people are happy with their experiences. The front desk is amazing. I like everyone there except the Veterinarians. Not one result in any of my X-rays. They recommended me to fix my dog at four months old and now she has hip issues. I am switching vets because of Peterson. Finally started taking my dogs to the Rice Lake Animal Hospital and they figured out my dogs issues in 30 seconds without any x rays. Spooner recommended me to Minneapolis for no reason.
