If your pet is sick they are unable to see them. You call in at 8:00 and are placed on hold for 22 min to be told that the 6 appointments were filled already by 8:05 and that they only have 5 lines to answer. So you do the math I was at least the 5th caller and should have been given an appointment. Then was told they really cant help me because of my cats age and that I should bring her to an animal hospital.....for a unitary tract infection she has had before 3 years ago. RecommendedThank you to the kind staff! Our baby girl Riley had to leave us a few weeks ago after being in our family for 18 long happy years. Although it was a hard decision for us and was a difficult time, the staff was very kind and caring. I can not tell you enough how much my brother mom and I appreciate you all. Dr. Kleiber is wonderful as is the entire staff! We are always greeted with smiles and hellos! Kyla feels very comfortable going there and enjoys visiting with everyone. We feel that they care a great deal about the animals they treat and appreciate their time and efforts!
Recently my 18 year old cat was put to sleep . Everyone that works there was so supportive . They talked to me for quite awhile trying to make the right decision for my coco. I have not have that kind of compassion towards an animal since my dad. He was a veterinarian and so compassionate . I recommend southwick for everybody. 😺😺😺😺
Always a great experience! The staff is always friendly and Dr. Gentes and Dr. Losart are always the best! Everyone is always helpful and informative on how to keep my fur babies safe and happy :) thanks all, keep up the good work!
