"Melissa" (receptionist) was rude and condescending over the phone. I had to ask her 3 to 4 times for her name before she gave it to me. She was unprofessional, spoke over me, and spoke down to me. I hung up before making an appointment, opting instead to reach out to another vet. It's been over a year since I've visited this clinic (I have a new puppy), and what an unpleasant change! My first visit to the VCA clinic was wonderful! Dr. Floyd and his staff Hailey and Erika treated my puppy with the most care and attention. I have peace of mind knowing that my new puppy’s health will be in great hands. I definitely recommend this clinic for any pet owners!
We have used this location of VCA for years, but it has been too long since we brought our cats in. Our senior cat had very concerning symptoms, and they got us in with little notice. . The tech was kind and efficient, as was the veterinarian himself. They developed a treatment plan with our input that was reassuring.
