Dr Thomas is great, but this place never has available appointments. It’s actually crazy that you have a sick pet that is a patient and all they ever do is tell you they can’t see him when you have a problem and to take him to urgent care. What is the point of having a vet that can never see your pet. I do not recommend joining this practice. They must have taken on too many patients and do not save space for same day sick visits.
I haven't been a client at this location but I am a client at the Columbia location which is excellent vet care.
Been going here for years. Dr. Annillo and other vets really care about the animals and are super friendly as is the staff.
