They are the best. My daughter takes our dog Snow to appointments and it has always been a great experience for Snow to be checked. If you are looking for a place for a dog you recently adopted, this is the place. Dr. Gallaway and Dr. Skyward are skilled doctors that help us during the appointments.
The vet Dr. Ocean is great at this clinic. But the administration is NOT. They do not explain to you that care club is specific to the clinic and does not work at any other clinic (I have never heard of a membership club that only works at a certain location). They also do not explain to you that your first visit is free if you apply the coupon. This was my first visit and I had no idea that such a coupon existed. Great experience here this week with my dog, Buddha. Dr. Otto and the vet techs took such good care of him and I’m appreciative. Vet visits have been so stressful in the past, we chose to fully sedate him to make sure he could get all the proper care. They were so communicative with me and made sure to give Buddha all of what he needs. Thank you!
They always take great care of Thatcher and Ruby and have plenty of appointments available.
