I had a great experience with all the staff when I brought my new kitten in (She had gotten something in her eye) They were very thorough and nice people. I’m giving only 3 stars because the follow up appointment to confirm the eye was healed was $73. Follow up appointments are usually no fee or at least half that amount at the most. I’m on a fixed income but Even if I wasn’t, it’s exorbitant to charge that much for a follow up. I will not be back.
I've been here 2x times and every single time I've come it's always kind of dirty. There's dog hair on the chairs all on the floor. It's just not very sanitary and every single time I come I have to wait for a very long time even when I have an appointment like always over an hour... So I'm taking my dog elsewhere. I will not be recommending this place at all. Update 8/27/26 : I let a few months past by came back again and same thing waited over an over just for a vaccine and with an appt it’s ridiculous! They need more vets... read more
