Genuine compassionate above and beyond care for our kitty Waikiki. Highly recommend Dr Gabriela Diaz and staff at VCA Simmons in Greenacres Fl. She handled our visit with the utmost professionalism and empathy for our cat and us. Our cat was very sick and we were so worried and scared-he hadn’t eaten or drink water in 3 days and kept vomiting. I was looking for my review from December 2024 which looks like it has been removed. It’s unfortunate the level of customer service at this business which is declining. I have been a customer ten plus years and counting. My dog Mozart & previous dog Kodi has used all services this business has to offer. The managers here are disrespectful the daycare manager Zack is rude and hung up the phone on me two years ago doesn’t take accountability and avoids me when I come in. I recently had to say goodbye to my 15 yr old cat McGee due to kidney disease. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I want to thank the VCA, Dr. Diaz and her team for helping make a heartbreaking moment more peaceful and gentle than I could have imagined.
