And I would give it a 0 if I could. I can not believe that after a severe storm, and a power outage. I was running 15 min Late with my 15 year old Australian Cattle dog. They said NO. It would put the vet off schedule for the rest of the day. What if this was an emergency???? At the ripe old age of 15 my dog means allot to me and after 10 years with VCA I am highly disappointed with the service. I'll find some one who cares.
