Great Dr's...Terrible Reception Team – Dr. Smith is fantastic with our cat and dog. She takes the time to look them over, explain options to us, guide us in a direction that will be optimal for our pets and respectful of our pocket book, is never rushed, never pushy about food, medications, supplements or services. She's friendly and quite likeable. The office is clean and contagious animals are separated from the healthy ones. Our dogs love going to see the vet! – Dr. Smith does a great job with both of our dogs. She provides high quality care for them and she has a wonderful rapport with both dogs. When we get to the office, they can't wait to go in and see her. She listens to any concerns and takes time to explain various treatment options. The Redwood office is very clean.
