Fantastic Clinic! My dogs love going here. They are excited to see the friendly staff every time we go. I also have a cat that doesn't like anyone but likes the staff here. My animals won't go anywhere else. Medical care has been great and having people my animals trust for a boarding option has made traveling so much less stressful.
Today we visited the clinic because our dog needed her anal glands expressed. We were taken in quickly, and everyone was very kind and professional. Everything was done efficiently, and they also updated our dog’s vaccination during the visit. The price was very reasonable. We were very happy with the service and had a great experience overall.
They lost my dog when she was boarding! Got a call a few days into our vacation, they had lost my dog who got out during “supervised outside playtime”. Turns out “supervised” means person sleeping on the job. They lied about it to us though. A Good Samaritan found her miles away and brought her in only after finding info from microchip. We started asking for daily pictures. Basically proof of life. They seemed to get annoyed by that. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a 25% discount because of the “issue”.
