I have been taking my sheltie Autumn here since she was a puppy. Always amazing service and never a long wait. I am usually in and out of here within 45 minutes. My dog was spayed at 6 months old and had no complications. Average pricing. No waitlist when I inquired about becoming a patient in 2019. Highly recommended! My dog is scared coming here so don’t ask her. Her reaction to my review is below.
I started bringing my cat here in January and I've had nothing but positive experiences. She was very nervous when she first came in and both the vet and vet techs were caring and patient with her. We've seen Dr. Pyun and Dr. Casey, and they both always go above and beyond to make sure she's getting the best care and that I go home with all the information I need. Dr.Pyun was sooooooo good with both Greta and Gracie on their first visit! Our technician,Janelle was also spot on,it made the appointment go smoothly.Reception/billing courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant.And the follow up was priceless,they have renewed the Veterinary experience.
Everyone here, from the front desk to the techs to Dr. Pyon, is absolutely amazing. I moved here from NYC and was nervous to leave the vet we'd been at for 5+ years, but coming to VCA Povar was the best decision ever. they treat everyone like family and I highly recommend.
