Terrible customer service and extremely overpriced! $982 bill for only bloodwork, no X-rays!! People are rude and incompetent! Two hour wait! Will never ever go back!
Update to previously positive review - it extremely disappointing to have to switch to a different vet after more than 10 years with VCA Old Canal. Many of the staff have changed, there is high turnover in the veterinarians, and the practice is not at all what it used to be. My last experience with Dr. Malinowski Green was horrible. She was condescending, didn’t listen to me, and try to push me to do an expensive diagnostic procedure after it was clear that my dog only had a minor injury and was healing on her own. I honestly thought my Harley was dying but you guys were so nice and educated me! You didn't extort me for money. Thank you so much! Taking all your advice one simple thing she's as good as new I got my baby back ❤️ bless you mind you in just a couple hours they work miracles. My first time meeting them. Just thought people would like their babies to see sweet people
The second star is only because the docs and the technicians in the back were always very good to us, professional, and answered our questions appropriately. However unfortunately the corporate structure (I’m assuming) and the abysmal manners of the front office staff have made us look elsewhere, even with a year long waiting list just so we don’t have to go back here again.
