We have used VCA Noyes for just over 8 years. No more. Yesterday 2 of my dogs were in for annual vaccines. The vet forgot to give a rabies vaccine to one of the dogs. I had to call 3 times today before being able to speak to someone. I kept being promised that someone would call me back.
