I called before going in, they didn't rush me, asked me all kinds of questions, & took me seriously. When we got there, they took her right back. Dr Im was so knowledgeable & straight forward. We've been to 2 other vets several times & not been told everything that the VCA did in 1 hour. The next day Dr. Im text me to check on our dog, only meeting us once. So personable, the best place for your babies.
Called about my animal and if they are able to do payment plans because im on a fixed income they said no and wouldn't take my animal unless I paid 3500 up front.
Tried anyway they could to up our cost to $800 after we wouldn’t pay it upfront if we weren’t being guaranteed treatment. Couple hundred bucks later they kicked us out the door with some nonsense medication and a dog that ended up passing away from a preventable seizure on the drive home. If you love your pet, do not take them to this place, they do not care about animal, just your $800.
