They forgot to order my dogs paw prints when they had her cremated. Lied about it too. I called the cremation place they never ordered the prints. Don’t go here. They Don’t care about you or your pets once they’re dead. They’ve gotten all your money
RecommendedTryin to post my picture during the vet experience, either way- you want the best care for your pet? This is the place. They take amazing care of the animals, all the employees really have a passion and care for them. Today I even heard a girl singing “you are so beautiful to me” to my dog when he was in back getting a shot (they left the door open ) I was crackin up and knew my dog was in the best hands ever. 100% recommend!!

I have had 2 bad experiences at this practice with my 2 different dogs. One of my dogs was in critical condition and when we arrived there at the time that the office is supposed to open, the vet had not yet arrived. My dog died that day, at Calusa Veterinary Center, where they redirected me, wasting precious time, since their vet was late to work. RecommendedWhile visiting friends in Boston, before our trip to Europe, we needed to obtain an international travel certificate, for our cat Casper. I made an appointment with Metro cat and needless to say my daughter and I were very anxious that we were running short on time.
