They used to have good service and they seemed to care but today, we were sorely disappointed by our experience with a vet tech named, Tam, and other staff. Tam was incredibly unprofessional and rough with our animal. When she was called out for her unprofessional behavior, she accused our dog of trying to bite her at a previous appointment.
