Clean, friendly, trust-worthy – We have a black lab and a cat, both of which we take to VCA for any and all medical and grooming needs. We are always treated very kind, the waiting rooms are clean, we probably pay a bit more here than another vets, but the service is well worth the cost. My husband and I highly recommend VCA to anyone looking for an honest, caring, and skilled vet and groomer.
Will Never Return – I've gone to the same Vet for years (Beechwold Vet) but noticed VCA Mill Run Animal Hospital on my way to work today. I thought I could save myself some time and pick up my dogs heartworm and flea medication on my way home from work and save myself the drive out to Beechwold. BIG MISTAKE. After two phone calls to their office I was told that they carried the medication I needed but I would need to have my dogs files faxed over for them to serve me. The only vet I trust – I love, love, love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When my cat was a kitten she had a lot of health issues, and I had to be at the vet at least once every 2 weeks, often more than that. My vet not only obviously cared about my pet, but made every effort to try to reduce the amount of money I was paying. Great groomer – It took me awhile to find a great groomer, but I did with Julia (there is also a Julie who is a groomer, and I didn't like what she did with my dog as much). She did everything I asked, but kept to the breed standard which I can't even pretend to know anything about. Anyway, she always made Maddy look great. Now I have to find someone out here in Portland OR to replace her - no easy task.
