I am an 18 year old vet assistant and decided to take the radiology Safety Course at VCA. The instructor was extremely sweet and gave out a lot of great information. They also provide you with a folder holding all of the materials needed to follow along with the class, which is great to use later on if you need a refresher. My favorite part was that they provided some AMAZING food, we were served Panera bagels for breakfast and Mcalister's Deli boxes for lunch. If you are reading this review it is because you have found yourself in a situation much like us- you think your dog may have really hurt themselves and you need to be seen immediately. I cannot recommend VCA enough. Our poor boy couldn’t walk and we ended up here late at night. Intake went quickly, the staff worked fast to help elevate my dogs pain and got me in a room with more information than I could process. Excellent staff and doctors. They are very thorough and kind. We had an emergency referral from out vet to them. They were able to exchange records and discuss between docs so they were all up to date with our dogs issues. While this was an extremely high emotion situation for us, there staff were so helpful with guidance and gave us so much support. They went above and beyond.
My husband and I are incredibly grateful for Dr. Donaldson, Austin, and the rest of the team for the exceptional care they provided to our dog, Allie. They took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and we never felt rushed or dismissed. Their follow‑up calls to check on Allie meant so much to us. Our entire experience was outstanding, and we would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care.
I brought my dog here several times throughout his life for various emergencies, he also had a surgery done recently that he unfortunately didnt recover well from and had to be euthanized at another emergency vet. But the staff there is nothing short of incredible, they are so caring and professional, and are willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions you have, at any time of day or night.
