I've been calling vca to try to get an appointment for Saturday. They told me I have to call Saturday morning at 8 am. I called around 8:40 after being on hold for 10 minute and the dude that finally answered the phone was so rude! He was disgusted by the fact that I talked to him at 8:40. He said "You were told to call at 8, were already booked" but as rude as you possibly can. These people don't care about your pet.
