This place is clean and organized. The employees were very caring and wonderful with my baby, Spanky. Dr. Cox was patient and ready to hear my concerns. He never acted like he wanted to hurry and go to the next patient. Spanky seemed very calm and relaxed with him. I think our next visit will be with Dr. Cox.
Very helpful staff, wait time was fair, brought my dog for emergency care and my pet was treated in good time
Great staff very friendly 1st visit free with coupon. Very Clean, very professional. I was a 1st time client and was very impressed by the staff and the overall appearance of the business. They were very loving to both of my dogs you could really tell that they cared about the pets that they treat. My furbaby had to have surgery and they bent over backwards to make sure he was taken care of. If you need a veterinarian this is the place to go! Very satisfied forever client!
We brought our beloved JJ to **VCA Mainland** on Monday, 8/19/25 because he was having diarrhea and vomiting. At that first visit, they ran an exam, x-ray, and fecal test. I even signed up for their \$89/month senior wellness plan to help cover costs, but our bill was still close to \$350 that day. We were sent home with medication for nausea and diarrhea.
