We arrived on time and had to wait 30 min before I finally had to ask the front desk if we would be seen soon because of how long we had waited without anyone letting us know what was going on.. The tech came in 5 min later and didn’t apologize for the wait. When the vet came in she was very nice and did apologize. Facilities were clean.
Terrible experience after Dr. Chen left this clinic. No services and delayed my appt significantly with no explanation despite me being 20min early. Go find somewhere else that respect your pet and your time. Definitely don't get tricked into their scam membership program. Don't go here!
We’ve recently switched our three dogs to Magnolia Animal Hospital and are really happy with them! Lobby and exam rooms are always clean, lobby is never overcrowded and atmosphere is always calm. All staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and happy to provide detailed explanations of options, care, and billing. Appointments always feel thorough and never hurried.
