We had our first puppy training class with Jules. Jules is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled with fear free techniques. It was a great opportunity to socialize our puppy and learn some helpful training tips to use at home. Looking forward to the next class. I highly recommend this early training.
We brought our 12 year old Bull Terrier in to be seen due to him not eating, drinking and just simply not acting right. We arrived at the facility around 8pm due to us living a good hour away. When we arrived the staff seemed very friendly and there was only 2 other families there. They took him back immediately and we were told we would be provided an update as soon as possible. This is a great vet office! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Cao in oncology helped we with treatment options for my cat. Kristen in oncology is always so caring and friendly over the phone and Breanna the nurse or tech in oncology is also very caring and helpful in working w my cat. My only complaint is the location is out of the way but worth it.
Our family has had two dogs with complex conditions treated at Loomis VCA by Dr Mazzei in the Internal Medicine Department.. Each time our experience was excellent. We felt Dr. Mazzei was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the treatment plan and our choices. Our last visit included assistance by Leslie who was also very kind and supportive. I highly recommend VCA Loomis Veterinary Hospital.
