We had ACL surgery on our 10 year old terrier. He was recovering but 5 weeks after surgery he died. Hindsight I wish the doctor would have suggested treating his injury with pain medication and emphasised the high risk of complications. The risk of complication which probably happened from a post op blood clot ended my dogs life a few years earlier than it would have been. They did send a sympathy card...where they misspelled my dogs name.

Absolutely outstanding service, price, staff and treatment! Will always be their customer ! We’ve been with them for a while with cats and big dogs and and a few Emergecys and always receive top notch service, they even provided free replacement on meds that were recalled! Dr Faulkner has been a wonderful provider for our 50 lb dog with ear issues!! She is kind & gentle. Even on our recheck for ears, she took time to listen to his heart & lungs fell his belly… all the things an MD would do for me when I show up for a problem! I find this important because I can tell my MD what feels good or bad, but our pets can’t, and the fact she took extra care after addressing the ear issues, to make sure his other areas were ok!!

We had to rush my daughter's kitty, Ghost, to them in the wee hours on Friday night, hoping they could help us save her. We couldn't, unfortunately. They were amazing during a really terrible situation and helped in both big and small ways. We are forever grateful.
