So disappointed There was no exam whatsoever. No temp, no listening to lungs, no palpitations, no checking teeth or ears. Barely checking her knee after I requested it. Only a long sales pitch. This medication or that. this vaccine and that one, this blood work and so on. One after the other down the list of things to pay for. Over and over pushing sales. We had to take our cat there when she got sick. They were nothing but lovely and communicative with us about her needs and her care. She ended up passing on but their care for her in life and death has made the process much easier. We could not be more grateful for their care of Cricket. We love loomis basin.
Came here with my dog twice within two months, and my experience both times were amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, and everytime we have an emergency we get helped pretty fast for how busy they usually are! They are the closest emergency vet for a few surrounding towns and cities , so you can imagine they are pretty nonstop with people and animals coming in, I appreciate their help for both my emergency trips, and left there with no concerns, and with my mind at ease! I have now brought in my animals here three times each time has been an awful horrible experience. The staff refuse to answer any questions. And then call you rude for asking questions and a “bad pet owner”. When I asked for the name of the staff who called me that refused to give me the name. Every time it has been a problem for wanting to ask simple questions. In all honesty, I really think that they hate autistic people. The staff is unprofessional and rude.
