Very unprofessional. Months ago I had an appointment at 1pm, something came up with work and I called over an hour prior to my scheduled appointment time, the receptionist said we could come in at 5pm, so we did. When we arrived they said the vet had left, without even calling or letting us know in any regard. As well as the point of our appointment being to get our 7 y/o huskies nails trimmed as well as our 10 y/o husky, just for them to take one look at our 7 y/o and say she needed need her nails trimmed whatsoever.. since... read more
Dr Alimpic, theres NO other vet for us. She's been my multiple doberman dogs dr for over 25 yrs. the best. Compassion. Patience. Love.
Scheduled an appointment for 5:20 PM on Monday, (Today). I get there and they tell me that the doctor left didn’t even bother calling me to cancel it and drove a half hour to get there. Very disappointing if this is how they run their business I am not sending my dog there. Very unprofessional telling me that they don’t check their appointments online when that’s when I booked his appointment with online.
Thanks to Beth and all the staff at VCA for their help and care with my Mom’s dog’s complex medical needs. Dr Sherrell gave my mom confidence that her dog is in great and skilled hands. Please keep up the great work and love for our pets.
