My family has taken our pets to VCA Lewis for as long as I can remember. Up until recently, they always did a good job. For about the last four months it has been near impossible to get an appointment for our animals, especially when sick. We decided to change when we really needed the VCA team to help us with our cat who was at the end of her life.
