Definitely a 10+. The staff and veterinarian were very knowledgeable and professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

The staff is incredibly compassionate, supportive and understanding. The doctors are very knowledgeable and they really make you feel at home and like family.
The first visit we had back in December was good. I went in last month and brought all the records for adoption and discussed with them that he needed ONE vaccine this month. I got to the appointment and they tried telling me he needed multiple, including rabies which isn't due for another few months. One thing was discussed, one vaccination was needed which is why we set the appointment, and to be told when I get there he needs more is really frustrating.
