Helpful, friendly and considerate on the sad occasion of finding out our dog was ill and having to put down our much loved dog.
We called several places around our area and every place was booked out for months. Our dog, Ruffles, had gotten a cut on his side that required having his bandages changed almost daily. We could not keep going to an emergency place (financially that would have been too much for us) so we were called Lancaster VCA. We have gotten appointments and the greatest care with them. I would like to sincerely give a shout out to Luna, one of the vet assistant there. She was incredibly empathetic and kind to me and comforting during my time there the other day as I lost my pet of 17 years. I always found vca to be reasonable with price compare to other vets.
We have had the absolute best experience here. My husband and I have our first puppy of our own, so this has all been new to us, and the staff, nurses, and doctors have been so helpful with everything. They’re so patient with all my questions, help me through vaccines, prevention meds, and anything else my puppy has needed. They’re also very thorough and knowledgable. Everyone is so kind and it’s clear they love what they do. Milo loves his new friends and I can’t recommend this vet enough!
We've been taking our pug to the Lancaster Animal Hospital for years, to the point I can't even remember how long. Due to the location being close to home we've been going there, but will be changing vets. She is a 14 year old pug with a bladder issue, and she gets UTI's which cause her to be in great pain and pee blood in the house when she can no longer hold it.
