Very disgusted customer Imperial Point Animal Hospital my customer over 20 years my family had pets there myself how do you spell go and my cat in there and they work with me because I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income and make we willing to take payments play my cat took down the hill and I called him up and make sure that my balance was here I've had that paid in full should bring them in they rack me with a bill for $962 and when I say I need to start making a payment on it they wouldn't take they said no they said n... read more
Dr. Clark and his assistant excellent great my dog had surgery she came out with flying colors and they were very nice to her and my dog loves dr. Clark and his assistant I think her name is Trisha Tara anyway they're great people over there at VCA Imperial and I tell all my friends to go there Great people.

Absolutely the best Animal Hospital We recently lost our German Shepard Jax.... Dr Clark and staff were hands down the best!! They were caring, thoughtful, supportive and went above and beyond to help us through a very difficult time.. we are forever grateful!!
Followed Dr. Clarke here from VCA Promenade. He is the absolute BEST! Very caring and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
The worst hospital you could ever take your pet to. They killed a baby kitten because they dewormed her and drew blood from her when she was severely anemic, dehydrated, and under weight as we found her from the streets. We find many in this state and they tend to pass when too much is done at a vets office too soon. I told them not to do what they did but they didnt listen to me and now she is dead. They only care about $$$$$$ not your pet. Stay far away from this vets office if you want to keep your pet alive.
I followed Dr. Clarke from VCA PROMEADE to VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital. Everyone seems to be caring and happy to be there. I would rate them a 4 1/2 stars.
