This particular VCA (Hyannis/Yarmouth) is outstanding! I especially adore Dr. MaryLee Gifford and Dr. Andrew Guresh, they always show such compassion for my animals and they are also ridiculously thorough and knowledgeable. These 2 are absolute rockstars!!! I am SO grateful for them!
I'm finally done. It's really very sad because I love dr Gifford and Dr Leary. They are both excellent doctors! It's the office staff that is the real issue! And there is one lady there that is unbelievably rude and degrading.. On the phone and in person and after Weds call I can not do it again! When money wasn't a issue for me I never had a problem with this women. When I didn't question the price or worry about what the cost of things were she was fine. Tried to charge me 800 for a visit! Had to tell them I didn’t want a bunch of tests done on my cat and to refund partially. Ended up being 300 for just a wellness visit no shots ridiculous. They call me tell me nothing wrong I take my cat to mspca (way cheaper) they find ear mites! Will never come here again what a scam!
I highly recommend Hyannis Animal Hospital and Dr. Andrew Nadeau. I live 40 miles away and I still prefer to make the trek to see them when my pets are in need of care. I started with them 20 plus years ago, when my young Golden had cancer, then the next dog had a cruciate ligament tear, then another with a mysterious idiopathic kidney condition, today it was because my latest dog presented with a possible epilepsy condition.
