great hospital! but... I have taken many pets over the years here and have always had great experiences. However if you have exotics, go to UT in Knoxville. Now that Dr. Mike Hahn is no longer there (he's at the Airport clinic), the new 'exotics' vet is not nearly as knowledgeable and resists getting outside advise.
Exceptional Vet Office They have given quality care and been very compassionate with our family's animals over the past 8 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a domestic pet, and some exotics.
Love Them I have taken many animals here over the years, including exotics. Dr. Gina Robinson is my favorite vet. She takes the time to explain things to you, fo example, what's going on, what your options are. She treats all animals with the dignity and respect she deserved. I only wish she had reptile experience!Unfortunately, VCA is one of the more expensive animal hospitals. But, because of the exceptional care given to my pets, I keep going back.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I've taken a total of 5 dogs and 2 turtles to this office. 2 dogs were just checkups, but 3 puppies were having seizures. One of the pups had her 12th seizure in 3 hours while we were in the exam room and the doctor immediately rushed her out and hooked her up to an IV. She was very comforting to the pups when they were scared, and very reassuring to us that they would do everything they could. They kept them overnight and called us with updates often.
