Thank you so much. I have been to several vets over the years, but this place showed so much compassion and customer service. These people truly have a heart for animals and will do what's best for you.
What they didn't tell me about Care Club is that it doesn't transfer over to other VCA locations. That wasn't even in fine print or anything. It's specific to only VCA Gulf Bay, so we can only go here for the next year until it expires, not even Noah's Place in St. Pete where VCA Gulf Bay is currently operating out of. VCA is a nationwide branch...that's one of the reasons why I wanted the Care Club. We would have pre-paid visits anywhere. I don’t like to feel trapped to continue to see a certain vet.
