We love the VCA! They always take care of our sweet little baby Cielo, with the same care they would take care of their own fur babies! Cielo, who is now almost 3, has been going there since she was a baby, and she has many friends there! The team is so welcoming and take a personal interest in you and Dr Sparks is amazing! Highly recommend if you are looking for the most excellent care for your animals! thank you VCA for always being there for us!
I took case there and they were wonderful with her
We took our kitten here that we adopted through the Humane Society and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff was so helpful and respectful. We had our toddler with us and they even gave him a pack of goldfish to keep him happy. I would recommend this place to everyone!
I left a review that wasn't flattering for VCA Savannah but this morning I had to delete and add a new one. Yesterday my little girl, Trudy. was not well. We took her to see Dr. Crider and she worked diligently to find out what was wrong. Turned out I had to take her for emergency surgery. We lost our baby girl. Dr. Crider did everything she could to diagnose the issue and made sure our sweet little girl got the help she needed to try and help her. My fur baby Tyrion has been seeing Dr Sparks for almost 2 years now. She has been with us since he was an itty bitty kitty and has been nothing but helpful! She never makes me feel like I’m overreacting when I bring Tyrion for every little problem! We added a gorgeous little princess, Tinkerbell, to our family and Dr Sparks was so happy to meet our new kitty and help her get over a little cold! I love the Savannah VCA and all of their staff! They always make our family feel welcome ❤️
This place could definitely use a lesson in customer service and communication. Arrived at 5:15 for a 5:30 appointment for my dog Rozz, we were put in an exam room at 5:25, we sat in that room until 6:12, no tech, no vet, nobody popping in to let us know you were running behind...nothing. Being at the vet already makes him anxious, especially when you have some kind of dog boarding going on in the back....I’m not going to torture my dog by sitting Unacknowledged for 45 mins...do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I was a walk in when my dog was ill. My wait was very short. Dr Sparks and her staff were all so caring and understanding. My baby is now feeling much better & I highly recommend them for their professionalism and thoughtfulness and will continue using them from now on. ☆☆☆☆☆
