Went to VCA Animal Hospital about a year ago. They were super nice and helpful to my dog CoCo. Unfortunately, yesterday was a total rip off. Woman vet was ICE COLD, no emotion or concern for my dog. The exam was about 5 minutes long for $121 and I didn't get ANY of my questions answered. The vet tech knew nothing either and she had this weird grin on her face the whole time I was trying to get answers and help for my dog, almost like out of the twightlight zone.
