Dr. McGregor has a good heart and compassion for animals and their owners.
Great people
Very friendly place. Seems to really care about the animals they are treating. They were really gentle with my rescue dog.
Staff is unfriendly (not including the woman at the check in desk), my first CAT I’ve had / EVER had to take to a vet … the dr. And tech were dismissive towards all of my questions. Do not even take up the “free” first visit offer because you’ll just need to go and get a 2nd option anyhow
Everything about this place reeks of network ownership. Was left with our dog in a closet of an examination room for what seemed like forever. Vet had next to zero bedside manner barely said hello to my dog after a 25 minute wait. Didn't explain anything to me and was left alone for another 15 minutes to wait on what he declared was an estimate.
