No one there wants to do their job and they have no compassion for the animals! I had an appt for my cat at 9:40 today and even did the online check-in in advance so there would be no check-in time wasted at the desk. My cat escaped when I tried to put her into the carrier and I had to chase her around, so I ended up arriving 8 minutes (I checked my phone right when I spoke to the receptionist and it really was only 8 minutes past!).
