I received a notice in the mail saying my cat was due for his vaccinations. I pay $39.99 a month for my cat to be a Care Club member. I made the appointment and upon check out, I was told because he had his vaccination a week too soon, I would be charged the full price. Me and Oreo and first time vistor Disney is at the clinic once again Dec 21,2023 Very clean clinic. Wonderful friendly staff. I absolutely love the place and staff I don't know why so many negative reviews. My experience with the front desk staff are very nice. Anytime I emailed them for any request they respond right away. The Drs are fantastic and very gentle and kind with the pets. They gave all my cats a bag of free gifts on they first visit. Free food and flea treatment and the price is very reasonable.
