Our vet for life! They have changed a lot over the years but all for the better. Took amazing care of Scooter and got him through many health issues. Good communicators and good app to track records and appointments. Care Club gets you access to the 24-hour emergency care in South Pasadena for extra piece of mind
Workers here are nice, but VCA canceled direct authorization for third party pharmacy, so you are forced to take an extra visit and you have to personally mail in a physical prescription every time to your pharmacy in order to receive meds, which delays treatment, basically VCA wants to sell you the exact same thing for more money on the spot. VCA Foothill is by far the most unprofessional and inappropriate VCA I have ever been to. I brought my cat in for the first (and last time) for an inflamed and leaky eye. The entire vet visit felt incredibly rushed. I was never able to get answers to my questions and it constantly felt the vet techs or vet himself were rushing out of the room or walking away.
