From the moment I walked in with my new kitten, the Team at Foothill said hello and made us feel welcome. The Receptionists were very friendly and professional. The Vet Assistants (Gisselle, Yuli, and Justin) were nice and made sure my kitten was comfortable in the exam room. Dr. Clark answered all my questions and I could tell my kitten felt at ease during the whole exam. I was hoping it would be a positive experience for her and it was. Yay! Thank you VCA Foothill!
The entire establishment was incredibly clean and the staff was incredibly professional! I will be going back there.
Overpriced beyond any reasonable persons expectations. The doctors constantly try and push tests and labs you don’t need for things you didn’t ask about and then send in some tech with an iPad asking you to approve the charges. Today I came in for an ear infection and the doctor wanted to do a fecal exam? What? They wanted $1k on the original estimate and when I removed all the nonsense testing it was still $300+.
