I've been taking my dog to VCA Falcon Village for over 11 years. Today, I was told that I couldn't pick up her prescription and pay for it within 24 hours. The way it was presented to me, was very demeaning and totally unprofessional. I felt like I was being scolded as if I were a child being reprimanded. We just started using this Vet that I have not been able to meet due to Covid -19 which actually disturbs me. I am trusting someone I haven’t even seen to care for my dog. I don’t like that one bit! They were extremely kind and friendly for our initial appointment. However, since my experience has been that the receptionists who answer the phone aren’t very pleasant which is off putting.
