He had developed a condition that became inoperable and it was time to say goodbye. The staff told us what we needed to hear and the permission to let him go. Brought my cat for an appointment yesterday. My cat was so scared, but Dr. Houser and the staff did their best to make her feel more comfortable. I’m so glad I brought her here.
Dr Waltmann is just one of my favourite people, he is so fantastic with our rescued girl, she loves to go see him, never before have I had a dog that's excited to go to the vet, that's just how awesome he is with her. Everyone else that works there is wonderful too I've never met a member of the team that wasn't super friendly and personable and great with our pup. Can't say enough good things about this place. - Thank you all!
Took my Kitty in for a free check-up on his allergies and overall exam. I love how they didnt pressure me into products and testing. They had patience, and we were able to have a caring conversation without overselling me on anything.
Wow. Dr. Waltman is a true animal lover and a gentle soul. The front desk and techs are all friendly and efficient. My two kitties were treated with care and respect. I have complete confidence in this center to take care of my little lovelies for the remainder of their precious lives. Don't hesitate to bring your beloved pets here!
