Wow. Dr. Waltman is a true animal lover and a gentle soul. The front desk and techs are all friendly and efficient. My two kitties were treated with care and respect. I have complete confidence in this center to take care of my little lovelies for the remainder of their precious lives. Don't hesitate to bring your beloved pets here!
Brought my cat in for a lion cut, she needs anesthesia for the procedure, was told the night before that the cost would be $470 with $150 of that for checkup, when I arrived the next morning, the price jumped to $650, OVERNIGHT, was told whoever told me that should not have. my cat has been going here since 2016, $150 for check up every time. the worst part is the Dr. told me she had issues w her teeth and gums that has been going on for a while, I advised Dr. "You charge me 150 for checkup every year since 2016 no previous ... read more
Dr Houser does an amazing job as well as techs Amy and Brittany. Needed a dental done on my senior dog and they took great care of her. The front office staff here is great too! Thank you!
Been bringing my dog in for a year. Spent a good $2500+ trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog.. The facility was unable to figure out what was wrong with her skin. They Kept up selling us shampoos and lotions and medication. The moment I took her to get a second opinion from a different vet, it was determined she had a staph infection. The entire staff was very friendly and kind. Dr. Waltman was extremely courteous and empathetic, making the horrible and heartbreaking decision of putting my dog down, a little easier to bear, and without judgement. Even though my dog had *never* done well with men, and especially vets, Dr. Waltman was able to see and give her a wellness check smoothly and helped us both through it.
