I used to like VCA but since Covid and not allowing pet owners inside with their pets I don't feel my pet is getting good treatment. I don't understand why they won't allow people in, I found out most other vets in the area do. They can have you sit in your car to it's your turn like the human doctor's do. The person carting the pet inside and out never has answers, I ask how they are doing when they bring them out and I get "everything's fine" So when I transfer my 11 cats to another facility that will be my reason why ... read more
