On Sunday June 4th our dog fell and we immediately called our vet Lisa Sanborn and all we got was a recording telling us to go to a particular hospital, we couldn't even leave a message. This chain of a vet in Castle Rock is about as rude as they come. Because they handle "emergency cases" every time you call for an appointment they want to make it an emergency appointment to charge you more. I just had the receptionist speak so condescending to me as I stated more than 3 times it was not an emergency and that next week would be fine. I can promise you there isn't a veterinary office or random stranger that cares more about my dog than I do -- do not go here. They will try to milk you for more money than nec... read more
