Wouldn't go back I went to this vet because I loved our doctor. Well she went on vacation and when she came back was told that she didn't have a job. I really don't want to deal with a business that treats their employees that way. In addition, their prices are WAY higher than everywhere else and they push you to get every procedure known to man for your pet.

I brought my pet to cypress wood animal hospital because in the past dr hack only treated my dog but to my dismay I was told she was no longer working here. Of course there is something wrong... I've only taken my pet here twice, both times for a bath. Each time they have told me that she has an ear infection. I feel like it's a scam. My pet has not experienced the "normal" symptoms of a canine ear infection. However, I am not a Dr and of course went through with the treatment "just in case". No one called me, I called to check to see if the bath was complete and was told. I just don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling, it's more like a feeling of being taken advantaged of. Wonderful vet and quality care... The best, best, best vet in the area is Dr. Shetler and his staff is awesome - Shelly, Sara, Danny, Maria. They are so caring and knowledgeable. They took care of my maltese up to the day he passed at 15.5 years old and now they're taking care of my new puppy's healthcare. Vet care is expensive & if you can't afford to take care of your pets then you should not have one.
Rip-off Ever go to a rip-off mechanic just because he's close and convenient to your office or home? That's just like this animal clinic. Every time I bring my cat in, the doctor CANNOT diagnose the problem without EVERY test in the book. She charges me hundreds of $$$, The doc never believes me when I answer her questions because she already has a preconceived notion. I am SO done with this place. I recommend Dr. Case in Tamarac.
