Hi, I want to share our very sad and disappointing experience with VCA Covington and encourage you not to visit this office. While our visits before Emma’s end-of-life were positive and warm, we received such painful and shameful care at the end of Emma’s life. I would never want another family or pet to go through what we did. Here’s our story: Emma was diagnosed with renal disease around 9 months old. She had testing done prior to her being spayed. Amazing staff! Very patient and kind with the animals!
I'm only in approximately twice a year, but won't go anywhere else to have my pups health concerns addressed. The drive from Puyallup is absolutely worth it. They've been so helpful with my Cane Corso who has been overcoming her intense fear of vet visits. They went above and beyond when we scheduled her spay alongside our Frenchie who she's bonded to. Just this week they got me in last minute for a concern with our Frenchie. Love them!
Staff is very friendly and always answers my questions. Being a new dog mom I am a worrier. I love that I can schedule a call with one of the vets to discuss any of my worries before coming in. This has saved me a drive and office visit fee more then once. Update: Still no complaints! I have two dogs now and am generally less worried. I appreciate the upfront pricing.
