Been taking my pets to this place for 25 years. 3 dogs at all times. Something has changed here. They are petty and snotty and reek of "Karenism" I brought Miki up for his shots and nails. I was 4....4 minutes late. I was told I had to reschedule. What? When I check in I sit there for 20 minutes before I am ever seen anyways. WTH? 4 minutes. Workers work callous and snotty.
