We just had our first vet visit with these guys and I don't have the words to describe how much I love this place. I have a huge dog who is overly excited, doesn't listen and who could drag me across the room in a blink. I was overwhelmed, over powered and overall embarrassed. Even if they were frustrated, they didn't show it. They ensured me I had nothing to be sorry for (as I apologized profusely). Cannot thank each and every person that welcomed us with MAX tonight enough! The compassion you all showed at such a difficult time, meant more than you ever know! The room was specialized to best spoil and love on him before he crossed the rainbow. You all made the difficult choice relaxed, and what was best for MAX each step of the way!.
